Customer Review

Joan Freeman

I lost my husband suddenly and though he had made many preparations for his death, prearranged funeral services was not one of them. My daughter and I met with Dustin Livengood and he made the process easier than I ever could have dreamed. As with many families, this pandemic has changed things drastically making large open to the public services scary. Dustin helped us put together a private service that worked beautifully for us. The day of the service, Milton Schaper was our director as Dustin had another service. Milt was wonderful throughout the morning as well. With the bitter cold weather we were given the option of doing the graveside service at the mortuary saving all of the family members the drive on treacherous roads and standing in the cold. With Milt's guidance, the service went beautifully. I couldn't ask for a more compassionate group of people than the ones I encountered at Baue. I thank you so very much.
