Winnie Elaine Stark

Winnie Elaine Stark (nee Gilbert), of Wright City, MO, passed away Friday, July 28, 2023, at the age of 91. Beloved wife of Charles Stark; cherished daughter of the late Peter Gilbert. Devoted mother of the late Gene (Mary Ann) Robinson, Lisa E. Robinson, Nicki (Kurt) Schwagger, Vicki Ziegler, Pat (Cheryl) Stark, and Chrystal (Robert) Struthers; loving grandmother of Brian (Julie) Robinson, Aurora (Joseph) Stark, Victor Stark, Dakota Zeigler, Logan Zeigler, Kyla Schwagger, Koen Schwagger, Aiden Struthers, and Brayden Struthers; treasured great-grandmother of Landon Ambrosia Robinson, Jacob Whitmire, Andrew Whitmire, Eli Davenport, Rhoan Stark, Daphne Preston, Sophie Preston, Isabelle Preston, and Lucy Preston. Preceded in death by two brothers, Peter Gilbert and Art Gilbert, and sister, Pauline Gray.

Winnie and Charles were married for 35 wonderful years. She was an amazing mother and grandmother. Winnie loved her children more than anything. She was a woman of faith and was devoted to her church, Warrenton Baptist Church. Winnie was a very strong woman, a hard worker, and a good friend. Winnie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
