Winfried Georg Tasker Sr.

Winfried Georg Tasker Sr. of St. Peters, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Janice E. Tasker; cherished son of the late James and Johanna Tasker; devoted father of Ryan (Shirley) Tasker and Thomas (Lexi) Anderson, loving grandfather of Kieran Stokes and Madelyn Tasker. Winfried is preceded in death by his son, Winfried Tasker, Jr. and his daughter, Cynthia Anderson.

Winfried was married for 46 years to the love of his life, Janice, and together they shared a deep bond, enjoying travel both within the country and abroad and rarely spending time apart. He was a calm, laid-back man who maintained a positive outlook on life and was known for his considerate nature, never one to complain. He loved playing basketball, working with his hands, and always had a project underway, often inviting his sons to join him. His passions included cars and motorcycles, as well as spending time outdoors, especially working in the yard. Winfried proudly served in the United States Air Force as a flight line mechanic. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
