Wilma Boyle

Boyle, Wilma, of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at the age of 83. Loving wife of Albert H. Boyle; beloved daughter of the late John and Alma Burkhead; devoted mother of Linda (Thomas) Hauge, Carolyn "Kay" (Bill) Smith, Joyce (Ed) Nagelmiller and Steven (Deanna Chisholm) A. Boyle; cherished grandmother of 12, great-grandmother of 22 and great-great-grandmother of 1; dear sister of Beverly Harding and Joyce Harding; beloved aunt, cousin, sister-in-law and friend to many. Wilma is preceded in death by her infant daughter, Patricia Boyle; Siblings, Ellen, Dorothy, Wilson, Wilburn, Harold, Henrietta, Albert and Annie; and great-grandson, Alexander. Wilma was a Missionettes Leader and received the prestigious Esther Award. She was very active in her church where she was a Sunday school teacher and a prayer group leader. Wilma enjoyed crochet, reading, writing, poetry; traveling and camping. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice.
