William "Bill" Richards, Sr.

William “Bill” Richards, Sr., of Lake St Louis, MO, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2026 at the age of 73. Cherished son of the late Frank and Betty Richards; devoted father of William "Bill" (Amanda) Richards II, Sasha Richards and the late Tina (James survives) Cooper; stepfather of Shawn (Kristy) DuVerger, Susan (Jason) Thomas and Scott (Ashley) Morford; loving grandfather of Timothy (Kerstin) Richards, William " Willie" (Chloee) Richards III, Jesse Finley, Emerald Finley, Breann (Matthew) Thomas, Justin (Laura) Cooper and Jack (Meghan Conover) Richards.

Bill proudly and honorably served in the United States Marine Corps.

Bill retired after 43 years of dedicated service from General Motors, and he was a member of the UAW. Bill was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
