Memorials may be given to Disabled American Veterans National Service Foundation. Dear father of Kathleen Heimann (William), Cynthis Richardson (Donald), Libby Stillman (Bill), and Meg Calcaterra (David); grandfather of Sarah. Ann, John, Shea, Craig, Katy, Samantha, Alexandra, Max and Sophie; husband for 29 years to Elizabeth Locklar. Preceded in death by parents, William and Esther Locklar and sister, Dores Taylor. Mr. Locklar was a Pearl Harbor Survivor, having served in the U.S. Navy 1939 to 1945 on the USS CHEW.
