Dear son of William James (Judith) Guffey and Janet Lee Graham; devoted father of Dylan James Guffey and Payton Michelle Guffey; dear brother of Christine (Russ) Donsky, Michael Guffey, and Jeri Ann (Charles) Herwig; cherished grandson of Geraldine Guffey. Beloved husband of Shelly Guffey for 20 years. Bill is a loving son and father, and a friend to many. Bill was a Utility Worker for the City of St. Peters.
