William Earl Hoffman

William Earl Hoffman of Florissant, MO, passed away Friday, August 15, 2025, at the age of 92. Devoted father of Cynthia "Cindy" Hoffman, Richard "Rick" Hoffman; loving grandfather of Jonathan Hoffman, Nicholas (Julia) Hoffman, Alexandra Hoffman; dear brother-in-law of Dennis Farrel. Preceded in death by his parents, the late William and Birdie Hoffman, and his sister, Ethel Sharpe.

William, an Air Force veteran and dedicated aircraft inspector for McDonnell-Douglas, retired in 1996 after 45 years with the company. He was married to the late Carolyn Hoffman for 61 years and is now reunited with his "Sweetie". He found joy in working outdoors, tending to his yard and garden, and building birdhouses. Above all, his greatest happiness came from spending time with his family. William was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
