William J. Ganahl

William John Ganahl, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Friday, October 10, 2025, at the age of 71. Cherished son of William Walter Ganahl and Mary Ganahl; devoted father of Angela (Tony) De La Cruz, and Danielle (Tyson) House; loving grandfather of Alex, Ariana, Colton, Austin, Aubrey, and Sydney; sweet great-grandfather of Natalia; dear brother of Karen (Gene) Noble and Jackie Lossos; beloved Uncle and Friend. Bill is survived by his close and trusted friend and former wife, Cathy. Bill is preceded in death by his brothers, Dennis and James Ganahl.

Bill retired from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch after over 30 years of dedicated service. He loved spending time outdoors, especially boating, and cherished moments with family and friends. Bill was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
