William Early Fretwell, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at the age of 84. Loving husband of Ruth Fretwell; son of the late William and Mary Fretwell; father of William Fretwell, Jr. and Tracy Fretwell; grandfather of 1; and brother of MaryBill Andrews. He is also survived by many, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
