William “Bill” Milligan of O’Fallon, Missouri, on Thursday, November 23, 2017, at the age of 83. Cherished son of the late Howard and Iva Milligan; devoted father of Daniel (Andrea) Milligan, and Patricia (Kenneth) Baker; loving grandfather of Rachel, Kendra (Dennis) Sullens, Patrick (Bridget) Baker, and Kora (Sam) Goodfellow; treasured great-grandfather of Dresden, Kaeden, and Jordan; and dear brother of Lora Gilbert and the late Anita VanVleet. Bill was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
