William “Bill” Donald Finck was born to Henry and Dorothy Finck April 17, 1948 in St. Charles, MO. He was baptized and became a child of God and continued in his Baptismal faith until he fell asleep in Jesus on February 27, 2020. He has two surviving sisters, Carol (Finck) Martin and Joan (Finck) Nissing.
