Kelley, William B., of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Monday, June 14, 2010 at the age of 79. Dearest husband of Marceline Kelley; dear son of the late Charles Frederick and Geraldine Kelley; devoted father of four children; beloved grandfather of 9 and great-grandfather of 7; dear brother of two. He was a proud 30 year Army Veteran, retired Colonel; received a master's degree from Webster University; member of the American Legion; a Korea and Vietnam Veteran; member of the Military Officers Association of America; Alumni of Valley Forge Military Academy and Junior College.
