Beloved son of the late Orvil and Cora Smith; dear brother of Thomas Irvin (Bettie) Smith; devoted father of William "Dub" Smith, Jr., Wayne (Margaret) Smith, Brenda (Bryan) Green, Gary (Kim) Smith, Toni (Ryan) Miller, and Judi (Mark) Walls. Bill was also a dear grandfather and great-grandfather.
