Eisenbath, Wilbur A. "Snuffy", 91, of Flint Hill, Missouri, Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at Troy Manor in Troy, Missouri. Snuffy was born June 18, 1919 to Casper and Lydia (Orf) Eisenbath at the family farm at the St. Charles/Lincoln County line, the youngest of five. Snuffy attended St. Theodore School and High School in Flint Hill. Snuffy lived on the family farm until four years ago before entering the Troy Manor Assisted Living. During World War II he served his country for four years in the US Navy. Snuffy was employed with Pitman Well Drilling and then became owner of Wilbur Eisenbath Ditching Etc. as a back hoe operator, he also farmed the family farm with his brother Roy. Snuffy was an active member of his church St. Theodore in Flint Hill. He was a member of Wentzville American Legion Post 323. He always enjoyed life and being with family and friends. Snuffy was a bachelor all his life. He enjoyed all types of hunting and his fishing trips to Canada with his extended group of friends. Snuffy is survived by Rick and Kathy Eisenbath and Libby and Don Moelman and other nephews and nieces. He also is survived by his great nephews and nieces, great-great nephews and niece, many cousins and friends. He will be sadly missed by the family and many friends. Snuffy was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Roy Eisenbath, Elmer Eisenbath, Norbert Eisenbath and also in infancy Bernard Eisenbath, and his niece Barbara (Eisenbath) Mittlebuscher.
