Rogger, Wilbert Robert (Bob); of O'Fallon, MO., died peacefully at home on February 20, 2012. Bob was born July 28, 1937 in St. Louis, MO to the late Julia and Wilbert Rogger; beloved husband of Marie Beverly Rogger and the late Catherine M. Griffin Rogger; loving father of Rebecca (Martin) Buncher, Robert (Julia) Rogger, Gregory Rogger, Catherine (Jeff) Kettmann, Kristin (William Jr.) Newsom and stepfather to Nathan (Krista) Gossai, Chandra Gossai (fiance Dave Martin). Cherished grandfather of Sarah, Andrew, Shannon, Ryan, William III, Elizabeth, Annika and Maren; dear brother of Judith Fischer, Connie (Richard) Keenoy, and Michael (Ellen) Rogger. He was a loving brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend. Bob was a 1959 graduate of Washington University (BSEE), University of Missouri-Rolla (MS, Eng Mgt) and St. Louis University (MSME). Bob started his career at Emerson Electric, moved to McDonnell Douglas and as Chief Engineer/Engineering Manager, was highly involved in the transition to the Boeing Company as well as the F/A-18 and C-17 programs. He retired in May 1998. Bob loved genealogy, travel, family and friends. Bob's family would like to express a warm thank you to all family and friends for your support and care over the last few years.
