Wilbert L. Shade

SHADE, Wilbert "Wil", St. Charles, MO, June 29, 2007 age 91; dear husband of the late Iva Lea Shade (nee: Smith); devoted father of Darlene M. (Robert E.) Boggs, Patricia L. (John W.) Pridgeon and Cheryl L. Sitarski; beloved grandfather of 7 and great-grandfather of 6; dear brother of Edith M. Kirkpatrick and the late John Shade, Henry Shade, Hubert Shade, Mamie Smoot and Elizabeth Rutledge; preceded in death by his parents, Henry L. and Anna C. Shade. Mr. Shade was a member of the Ridgecrest Baptist Church for 50 years, a member of the Machinist Union at McDonnell Douglas and served with the C.C.C. Civilian Conservation Corps. He was a Jig & Fixture Builder with McDonnell Douglas for 21 years before his retirement.
