Wil Woods of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, June 23, 2025, at the age of 53. Beloved husband of Tonya Woods; cherished son of, Larry (Darlene) Woods and Patricia (Bill) Gerfin; devoted father of Hailey (Josh) Fleming; loving grandfather of Eloise and Maxwell Fleming; treasured uncle of Lee Zaner, Peyton Woods, Cole Urbach, Lilly Urbach, Taylor Filarowski, and Isabelle Filarowski; valued son-in-law of James R. and Christina M. Maupin; dear nephew of Betty (Barry Young) Lebonne, Mike (Karen) Richau, Gary (Colleen) Woods, Dan (Nancy) Woods, Joanne (William) Guercio and Rhonda (Paul) Hopkins; beloved twin brother of Chet (Tracy) Woods, and dear brother of Lee Anne Urbach, Heather (Michael) Filarowski, Caroline Hopkins, and Mindy (Rich) Armstrong. Wil is also survived by many Cousins and an abundance of Friends.

Wil lived a life full of energy, passion, and connection. In his younger years, he thrived on staying active and played many different sports. He proudly cheered for the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, and St. Louis Cardinals. As time went on, Wil’s love for sports remained strong, and he found a new favorite pastime in golf.

Wil worked with various organizations over the years, most recently serving as Sales Director at BizzBuzzAI. He was a proud member of industry communities such as the Digital Marketing Groups and the Networkanators, where he built meaningful relationships and inspired those around him.

Wil had a gift for making connections—he truly never met a stranger. His eclectic taste in music was a reflection of his vibrant spirit, with The Tragically Hip holding a special place in his heart. He always had the perfect playlist for every moment and loved sharing his musical discoveries with friends and family.

Above all, Wil was a devoted father and husband who led with love and integrity. His daughter was his greatest pride, and he guided her life with deep care and unwavering support. Wil and Tonya shared a bond that was rare and unshakable, built on deep trust, unwavering devotion, and certainty that they were meant for each other. Wil was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know him. His warmth, humor, and vibrant personality leaves a lasting legacy in the hearts of many.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Wil 's name to the Buffalo Bills Foundation.
