Wayne Spillman
September 15, 1962 — June 10, 2022
Wayne Spillman, of O Fallon, Missouri, passed away Friday, June 10, 2022, at the age of 59. Loving husband of 32 years to Pamela Spillman; beloved son of the late Ralph and Mary Spillman; devoted father of Paige Spillman and Mitchell Spillman; dearest brother of Donald (Lori) Spillman and Sheri (Richard) Head; and dear son-in-law of John (the late Valerie) Akers.
Wayne was a very kind and sweet man with a great sense of humor. He loved to tell jokes and make people laugh. He met the love of his life, Pam, in high school. They had a fun-filled and loving marriage, and Wayne was a dedicated husband and father. He loved spending time with his family, and he looked forward to their vacations every year. They traveled to Destin Beach, the Dominican Republic, and went on a Disney Cruise. He also cherished the time spent at their lake house at the Lake of the Ozarks and taking out the boat.
Wayne worked for RAM International as an Air Export Operations Manager, and he retired after more than 35 years in their logistics department. He loved his job and everyone he worked with.
In his spare time, Wayne honed his talent in woodworking and built furniture for their house. Since he was such a perfectionist, it took him a little time to complete his projects, so that everything was just right. He also enjoyed golfing, fishing, and hanging out with his buddies.
Wayne was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Wayne 's name to The Aviary Recovery Center Alumni, 22933 Hwy 61 Eloise, MO 63344 or Dardenne Presbyterian Church.
