Wayne A. Dickbernd
August 5, 1938 — February 22, 2019
Dickbernd, Wayne Allen of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Friday, February 22, 2019 at the age of 80. He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert “Rip” and Delphina Dickbernd; and his grandson, Bobby Rowland.
Wayne is survived by his beloved wife, Eileen Dickbernd; his children, Kevin (Sharon) Dickbernd, Pamela (Mark) Rowland, Bryan (Meg) Dickbernd, Jo Ann (Rob) Hirtz, and Sheila (Fred) Hester; fifteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; his brother, James (June) Dickbernd; and he was a beloved brother-in-law, uncle, and friend to many.
Wayne was an outdoorsman who loved trout fishing and turkey hunting. He enjoyed his yard work, going to wineries, and rocking on the back porch with his wife, the love of his life for nearly 60 years.
