Walter Rubin Boyd
September 5, 1953 — June 30, 2022
Walter Rubin Boyd, of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Thursday, June 30, 2022 at the age of 68. Loving husband of Linda Boyd; beloved son of the late Walter and Bonnie Boyd; devoted father of Walter (Peggie) Boyd, Sarah Logan. and Tommy Miller; cherished grandfather of Alexander Boyd, Isabella Boyd, Manix Logan, Draven Logan, and Faerin Logan. Preceded in death by his sisters, Jeanie Smith and Donna Stamburski.
Walter worked as a defense contractor for most of his life. He started with Emerson and went to McDonnel-Douglas which became Boeing and later, worked at GKN. He retired in 2020. He loved classic cars, fishing, and boating. Walter was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
