Vonda Lee Shirk

Vonda Lee Shirk (nee Tucker), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Sunday, January 2, 2022 at the age of 82. Loving wife of the late Gail Gene Shirk; beloved daughter of the late Charles and Virginia Tucker; devoted mother of Floyd "Mitch" Mitchell (Sharon) Shirk, Stephen Bennett (Denita) Shirk, David Allen (Bonny) Shirk, Marla Jean (Richard) Gasmann, and Shelley Ann (Charles) Hayden; cherished grandmother of Kyle (Amanda) Williams, Chelsea (Lane) Obergfell, Stephen "Miles" (Marcy) Shirk, Carrie (Derik) Vaughn, Tiffinie (Craig) Jarman, Stacy Shirk, Shonda Gasmann, Justin Gasmann, Evan Shirk, Clare Shirk, and Audrey Shirk; treasured great-grandmother of 11.

Vonda was a member of Harmony Church where she was active in church organizations like VMW and Priscilla's Circle. She enjoyed reading, playing solitaire, and loved watching the Game Show Network. Vonda loved her family dearly. She was the rock of the family keeping the foundation together. You could count on Vonda for anything, especially a warm hug. Vonda was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
