Whiteley, Virginia, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Sunday, December 16, 2012 at the age of 88. Loving wife of John "Jack" Charles Whiteley, dear daughter of the late John Leonard and Roxie Ada Steelman, devoted mother of J. Stanley Whiteley and David (Donna) Whiteley; dear friend of Sharon M. Caito. She is preceded in death by her brother Donald Steelman. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Salvation Army.
