Virginia L. “Jini” Otten

Otten, Virginia L. “Jini”, (nee: Rongey) of Saint Charles, MO, died on Tuesday, August 25, 2015, at the age of 92. Loving wife of the late Leo J. Otten; beloved daughter of the late Louis and Fannie Rongey; devoted mother of Debbie (Glenn, Sr.) Miller and Rod (Gay) Otten; cherished grandmother of six; treasured great-grandmother of nine and soon to be ten. She is preceded in death by her son Jeffrey Lee “Terry” Otten, one brother, and two sisters.
