Virginia Lee Dougan

Virginia Lee Dougan (nee Griffard), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, September 7, 2025, at the age of 88. Beloved wife of Charles Dougan; cherished daughter of the late Geraldine and James Griffard; devoted mother of Mary Beth Ryan and Catherine Ye; loving grandmother of eight.

Virginia loved caring for her husband and daughters, and her home was always the place to be while they were growing up. A devoted homemaker while her husband served in the Air Force, she later went on to manage an apartment building. During her children’s younger years, she enjoyed being involved as a Girl Scout Troop Leader. Virginia was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Virginia's name to a charity of the donor’s choice.
