Vicki Lee Roach Seaman, age 72, of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, passed away peacefully on November 10, 2025.
Born in Wichita Falls, Texas, to Thomas and Wilda Roach, Vicki was blessed with many who cared for her, including her stepmother, Mary Roach, who became one of the most cherished and steady sources of love throughout her life. Creative at heart, Vicki built a fulfilling career as a floral designer, where her artistry, eye for beauty, and talent touched countless lives. Her arrangements brought beauty to spaces, joy to celebrations, and comfort during difficult moments.
Vicki is survived by her devoted husband, Rick Seaman of Mt. Pleasant; her son, Tom Shelton (Dee); her daughter, Shannon Davis (Jason); her step-daughter, Tabetha Radi(Chris); her step-mother, Mary Roach; and her sisters, Terri Roach, Tracy Chamberlin, Trisha Sloan (Shannon), and Jean Reinhardt. She is also survived by countless cousins and extended family members who loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Wilda Roach.
Among Vicki’s greatest joys were her grandchildren, Ryan and Sam Lepire, Sarah, Victoria, and Emma Shelton; her great-granddaughter, Chloe; her step-grandchildren, Skylar, Gabrielle, Jacob, and Rhys; and her step-great-grandchildren, Trevon Jr., Elijah, and Kehlani. Each held a special place in her heart.
Known for her warmth, sparkle, generous spirit, sharp sense of sarcasm, and deep love for animals, Vicki filled her family’s lives with laughter, care, and unwavering love. She had a love of crafting, hummingbirds, flowers, and all things that glittered.
We find peace in knowing that Vicki is surrounded in love by her parents, grandparents, pets, and loved ones that went before her, and that she is in a better place. She will be missed dearly.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Vicki’s name may be made to the ASPCA, an organization she deeply believed in.
“She who leaves a trail of glitter is never forgotten.”
