Vicki Ruth Braun

Vicki Braun, of St. Charles, MO, passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at the age of 81. Beloved daughter of the late Robert T. and Ruth W. Meyer; cherished wife of the late Hans J. Braun; loving mother and stepmother to Robin (Mack) McEvoy and John Braun; devoted grandmother of Rachel Camp, Jonathan Camp, Amy (Richie) Robinson, Kayla (Jared) Knox and Basil Braun; great-grandmother to Elsie, Chase and Harrison; dear sister of Ted (Linda) Meyer; Vicki is also survived by her nephews and numerous cousins.

Vicki was a clinical microbiologist for 40 years and never lost interest in the field even after retiring. She was also a talented artist, creating countless pieces for herself and family members including clothing, quilts, woven wall hangings, knitted apparel, pottery and strikingly beautiful watercolor paintings. She loved to share techniques, tips and tricks with friends she made through the American Sewing Guild and numerous watercolor classes and was a favorite neighbor to many who lived nearby.

Vicki was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
