Veronica's greatest joy was her family. She enjoyed a blessed childhood, growing up in St Louis with her dear brother and sister. Being a good student, she was able to skip a grade. She was a cheerleader, prom queen and married her high school sweetheart, Don Pierson, then set her sights on being the best wife and mother she could be. Aside from raising her family, Veronica had a variety of jobs from Donut King to Disney World. Volunteering for numerous organizations over the years, she always stood up for what she believed in. She often took others under her wing, even with a full nest of her own.
Veronica loved good company, good food, spontaneous road trips and laughter.
She enjoyed school plays, concerts and cheering on her kids and grandkid’s sports and events. She was baptized and raised in the Catholic church and handled life’s hardships with faith and grace.
Her boundless love, laughter and feisty spirit will live on, and we will dearly miss her.
