Vernon A. O. Horstmeier, 82, was the loving husband of Bernice Horstmeier; son of the late Arthur O. & Hulda Horstmeier; father of Judith Horstmeier & Debra (Rick) Miget; grandfather of Eric (Heidi) Miget & Katie (Steve) LeGrand; and great-grandfather of Jack LeGrand. Vernon was employed as a Locksmith & Salesman at Allis Chalmers for 15 years; was a member of Friedens U.C.C. Men's Club; and was a St. Charles County Hall of Fame Dartball player. Memorials to Friedens United Church of Christ.
