Hilliard, Vera Moore, of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at the age of 80. Loving wife of Millard F. Hilliard; beloved daughter of the late Howard E. and Eva Moore; cherished mother of Mark Hilliard, Lora Hilliard, Mary Ann Cathorall, and Steven (Christine) Hilliard; cherished grandmother of Jacob, Jamie (Ryan), Lisa, Zachariah, Kelley and Joel; dear sister of Donald, Ronald, and Barbara. She is preceded in death by Howard Dale, Ralph, Frank, and Vonda.
