Wildhaber, Velma A., of St. Louis, Missouri, died on Friday, March 2, 2012 at the age of 83. Dearest wife of the late Rainey A. Wildhaber: dear daughter of the late Henry J. and Anna Kloeppel; loving mother of Diana (the late Michael) McNew, Steven (the late Christy) Wildhaber, Deborah (Charles) Vander Pluym, Mark (Vickie) Wildhaber, Denise (Mark) Gilles and Dawn (Lee) Anderson; beloved grandmother of Joseph (Stacy) McNew, Courtney (Dan) Merker, Wendy (Kyle) Govreau, Michelle (Graig) Hueffmeier, Christopher (Bryanne Heming) Vander Pluym, Matthew Vander Pluym, Eric Wildhaber, Rachel Wildhaber, Timothy Gilles, Shawn Gilles, Nicole Anderson and Makenzie Anderson; great-grandmother of Abby Govreau, Mason Govreau, Ande McNew, Rainey McNew, Michael Merker, Dalton Hueffmeier, Owen Vander Pluym and one great-grandchild on the way, Baby Girl Merker; dear sister of Marie Stuckenschneider, Elizabeth Mueller; Loved by many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her son, Michael Wildhaber; siblings, Andrew Kloeppel, Alphonse Kloeppel, Margaret Hinman, Fred Kloeppel, Phillip Kloeppel and John Kloeppel. Velma owned R&M Tax and Accounting for 25 years. She was also employed as a Sales/Marketing Executive with Dillards for approximately 25 years before her retirement. She was a member of the Eagles Club, loved to travel, play cards, loved to dance, go fishing and enjoyed life. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
