Velera Ruth Thorn (nee King) of St. Peters, Missouri, passed Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Rolland Harry Thorn; cherished daughter of the late Dale and Frieda King; devoted mother of Danny Lee (Donna) Thorn; loving grandmother of Stephanie, Rolland, Angela, and Robin; and treasured great-grandmother of 12.
Velera’s greatest passion was loving her family and making lasting memories with her grandchildren. She was dearly loved in returned and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
