Velda “Gerri” Ludwig

Ludwig, Velda "Gerri", of Troy, Missouri, died on Sunday, January 12, 2014 at the age of 81. Loving wife of the late Robert L. Ludwig; beloved daughter of the late Leman and Viola Lewis; devoted mother of Robert (Mary) Ludwig, Michael (Candice) Ludwig, and Susan Marie Ludwig; cherished grandmother of Kyle, Michelle, Bob, Michael, and Jeremy; treasured great-grandmother of Matthew, Maxwell, Brayden, Melaynia, Samantha, Lucas, and Addalynn; dear sister of Kathy Hays. She is preceded in death by her sister Betty Dosing and grandson Samuel Lewis Ludwig. She is also survived by her beloved cat: 'Hannah'. Gerri served as a teachers aid at Fort Zumwalt School District for many years. She enjoyed her crafts, antiques, and shopping at thrift stores.
