Lumpkins; loving mother of Patty (John) McAllister and the late Ellen Louise White; dear sister of Jerry Wagner, Mary Blacksher; beloved grandmother of 3 and great grandmother of 5; preceded in death by her parents William and Pearless (nee: Kerr) Wagner); twin brother Dick Wagner, brother Carl Wagner and sisters Sue Aberson and Wanda Ham. Mrs. Lumpkins was a member of Eastern Star Alexander #242 for 50 years and a member of the Hawk Point Baptist Church. She was a Machinist for 30 years for Lincoln Engineering in St. Louis, MO for 30 years before her retirement.
