Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Mrs. Webb is survived by her husband, Glen E. Webb of St. Peters, MO.; three children: Steve Webb (Agatha)of St. Charles; Garry Webb (Carol) of Mt. Vernon, IL; and Sheila Phipps of O'Fallon; three sisters and two brothers; six grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Eva Pogue, and one sister.
