West; loving father of Laura Scholten(William), and Jim West; grandfather of Carolyn Fecht (David), and Jane Sanders (Travis); great-grandfather of Laura, Arron, Jordan and Kalyn. Preceded in death by parents, Noah and Mary West; brothers, Paul and Jim West; sister, Elizabeth Maya He was a Member of American Legion Post #312, Elks Lodge #690 St. Charles, Past-President of St. Louis Umpire Association and was an Amateur Baseball Hall of Fame inductee
