Timothy Moses “Timmy” Bulus, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2016, at the age of 2. Cherished son of Moses and Grace Bulus; treasured grandson of Naomi Wambayi, Ruth Shelpidi, Timothy Shelpidi, and Bulus Baba Wambayi; dear nephew Hannatu Albert, Ibrahim Bulus, Hajara Singjul, Nancy Shelpidi, Habibu Bulus, Irene Habila, Clarence Casto, Cathy Authement, Gladys Maclin, Donna Kincaid, and Lula Hillman. Timothy was also a loving nephew, cousin, and friend to many.
He was also preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Grace Casto.
