Coleman, Sr., Thomas Patrick "Tom", of St. Charles, died on Mon., Jan. 16, 2012 at the age of 76. Husband of Phyllis Coleman NEE: Ramsey; son of the late Patrick Joseph and Bertha A. Coleman; devoted father of Tom (Sandy) Coleman, Jr., Mark (Renee) Coleman and David (Renae) Coleman; beloved grandfather and great-grandfather; brother of Daniel (Joan) Coleman and Mary McClain. He is preceded in death by his grandson, Sebastian Mitchell. Memorials may be made to Donor's Choice
