Talbert; loving father of Barbara A. Sullivan, Alicia A. (Kirk) Bastin and Thomas E. (Linda) Talbert Jr.; dear brother of the late Helen Walls; grandfather of 6 and great grandfather of 2. Mr. Talbert retired from the U.S. Air Force after 31 years of service. He was a life member of O'Fallon VFW Post 5077 and a member of the St. Louis Moolah Shrine Temple.
