Thomas Decleene

July 10, 1954 — March 2, 2024

Thomas Peter Decleene joined our Lord in Heaven on March 2nd, 2024. He was 69 years of age. Born in Green Bay, WI on July 10th, 1954. He traveled throughout Europe as a college student. His love of travel followed him as he worked in several states, including Alaska, Arizona and Florida as a traveling park ranger. His love followed him throughout the US and on international cruises with Robin. He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan who never missed a game and enjoyed the comments he got when wearing his Packer hats. He worked for NGA (the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency) in St. Louis Missouri as a cartographer for over 30 years, retiring on March 30th, 2018. He loved his history books and had thousands of them. He was an exceptionally soft, gentle soul who loved to talk to everyone he met. He was also a prankster at times and loved a good laugh. 

 

Tom will be missed by his beloved partner, Robin Tiesling, and her children, Bobbie Wilke of St. Charles, Missouri, Shaun (Sarah) Dudenhoeffer of Oklahoma and his grandchildren, Lyla and Nora Dudenhoeffer. 

 

He is survived by his 2 sons Nickolas Decleene and Benjamin Decleene. Also, his brother, Carl Decleene of Oakland, Californiahis nieces, Cathy (Garth Lewis) of Estes Park ColoradoВecky Decleene of Estes Park Colorado, Allison Decleene of Oakland California, Sister-in-Law Liz Decleene of Estes Park Colorado, Gary, and Mary Brugman of Luxemburg, Wisconsin. His special friends Travis Cavaness, Steve Krueger and Lisa Merrit. 

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ann and Arlin Decleene, sister Janet Decleene and Brother Bob Decleene. 

 

A celebration of life and burial will be held in Green Bay, Wisconsin at a later date. 

 

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Bobbie Wilke in care of PNC Bank, St. Charles Branch for future family expenses.
