Theresa Elizabeth Owens

Theresa Elizabeth Owens (nee Gottsponer), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, December 24, 2022 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Ray Owens; cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Carolyn Gottsponer; devoted mother of Larry W. (the late Cindy) Owens, Charles K. (Kelly) Owens, Robert E. Owens, and the late Kenneth S.  (Virginia) Owens; loving grandmother of Wes, Christopher (Carrie), Melissa (Dick), Jennifer, Jessy (Josh), Stephanie, Christian, and the late Barry W. Owens; treasured great-grandmother of 12, revered great-great-grandmother of 2; dear sister of Herman (Glenda) Gottsponer. 

Theresa loved working in her yard and garden. She enjoyed camping, travelling, and taking trips out of the country. Theresa enjoyed playing bingo and bowling. She also enjoyed exercising, as well as volunteering at her church. Theresa was a loving grandmother and made the best popcorn balls. 

Theresa was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Memorials may be made in Theresa's name to American Cancer Society.
