Theresa Ann Dixon

Theresa Ann Dixon (nee Jester), of O'Fallon, MO, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2022, at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Thomas H. Dixon; devoted daughter of the late Elsie and Charles Jester, Sr.; loving mother of Ronald Lee Adler, Jr. and Peggy Ann (William) Clemens; cherished grandmother of Billy (Cindy) Clemens, Danny (Erin) Clemens, Katie (Drake) Harris, Patricia (Andrew) Davis, Joey Clemens, Jimmy Clemens, and Maggie Adler; treasured great-grandmother of Isabella Theresa Harris and Carter Lamar Harris; dear sister of Richard Jester, Jerry Jester, and Phyllis Botkin. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Charles Jester Jr. and Harold Jester, and her sister, Waleen Weston. 

Theresa was deeply involved in her community, as she enjoyed book clubs, bunco and cards with her friends. She volunteered with the Salem American Legion Auxiliary and at the Veteran’s Home in St. James. Theresa was a member of the Red Hat Society and was involved in the ladies’ group within her church. 

Theresa loved life and brought joy with her everywhere she went. Always the life of the party, she shared this love with everyone she met. But more than anything, Theresa’s family meant the most to her. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she enjoyed every moment spent with them. Theresa was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. 

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made in Theresa's honor to Shriners Children's Hospital.
