Tutterrow, Ray Tutterrow and Richard (Barb) Tutterrow; cherished grandmother of five; dear sister of Violet Cunningham, Donnie (Suzy) Fowler, Ronnie Fowler, the late James Fowler, Norman "Tite" Fowler and Margaret Fowler; dear stepdaughter of the late Edna Fowler, who raised her as a daughter. Mrs. Tutterrow was a former co-owner of St. Charles Beauty College in St. Charles, Missouri for twelve years.
