Terrence Lee Allen

Terrence “Terry” Lee Allen, of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at the age of 75. Loving husband of Cheryl Allen; Beloved son of the late Frank and Frances Allen; devoted father of Molly Allen, Ian Allen, and Mallary Allen; stepfather of Jason Claggett; cherished grandfather of Philip Claggett, Victor Allen, Jeremiah Claggett, Azalea Allen, Eleanor Allen, and Mica Allen; dear brother of Connie (Larry) Koester; and brother-in-law of Charlotte Crane, and David Wren. Terry is also preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Heather Allen; siblings, Kay Thomas; Jay Allen, and Rick Allen.

Terry was a member of the Grassroots Cribbage Club. He was involved in agricultural sales for over thirty years, primarily with Farmland Industries. Terry was last employed with the United States Postal Service. He loved to play Cribbage and golf, watch college basketball, football, the Cardinals, and play card and board games. He enjoyed traveling and cruises with Cheryl. He loved reading and was a big history and geography buff. His children and grandchildren will miss his stories and sense of humor. Terry was friendly and never met a stranger. Terry was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
