In Loving Memory: Tauni L. Shuck

 

St. Charles, Missouri - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tauni. He departed this world on July 7th, 2023. Tauni is survived by his wife, Michelle Shuck, his son, Nicholas Shuck, two daughters, Angela Allen and Kera Greenman, and step son, Nathan Beerman, as well as a wide circle of family and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

 

Born on June 26, 1959, Tauni brought immeasurable happiness to all who crossed his path. His bright personality brought comfort and positivity, making every room he entered come alive with his vibrant spirit. He had a remarkable gift for spreading laughter and brightening even the dullest of moments. His signature laugh and witty remarks could instantly lift the spirits of those around him.

 

One of Tauni’s greatest passions was navigating the waters. He was a seasoned boater, and his eyes would light with joy as he steered his loud speed boats through the waves, although, usually he just used the waves as a launch pad to become airborne in his boats. He was always inviting friends and family to join him on his unforgettable boating adventures. Whether it was a tranquil cruise at sunset or an adrenaline rushed blitz around the Mississippi River, he cherished every moment spent on the water, even more so when he was accompanied by friends and family.

 

Tauni possessed an unmistakable presence that set him apart. With his unique laugh and charm, he was a distinguishable figure from no less than ten boats away. Whether it was his infectious smile, his distinctive voice, or his loud engines, he had a way of capturing attention and leaving a profound mark on those fortunate enough to know him. His profound marks don’t end in our hearts though, some of his marks still lay in his family members driveways as two black columns of melted rubber as he loved his American V8s.

 

Tauni was a true family man, cherishing the bonds he shared with his loved ones above all else. His devotion to his family was unmatched and he created countless treasured memories through his unconditional love and support. From filling family gatherings with laughter to heartfelt conversations that nurtured the souls of his loved ones, he embodied the essence of what it means to truly be a loving father without any judgement. His support and empathetic nature made him a pillar of strength for others during both joyous and challenging times.

 

Although our hearts ache with his departure, we find comfort in the memories we shared and the life long lessons he instilled in us. Tauni leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and the reminder to embrace life with all of your passions and savor every experience. While his physical presence may be absent, his wish was that we “Throw a hell of a party for him” once he departed this world. His spirit lives on in the smiles he inspired, the laughter he ignited, and the love he nurtured.
