Suzanne "Suzy" Gale Wies

Suzanne “Suzy” Gale Wies, of St. Charles, MO, born January 4, 1957 ~ October 15, 2026, passed away at the age of 69.

Beloved daughter of Euvonne J. (Steinhoff) Wies and the late Robert L. Wies; dear sister of Terry L. (Versaille) Wies; loving aunt of Jonathan T. (Kaitlin) Wies and Daniel L. (Jill) Wies; treasured great-aunt of Titus, Karis, and Micah Wies; dear niece of Shirley Dotson, Alice Wies-Smith (Roger), Joan Schulte, and June Wies; Suzy is also survived by many loving cousins.

Throughout her life, Suzy was a faithful and hardworking employee. She spent many years working in retail clothing and the airline industry and later cared for others as a CNA at St. Agnes Home and Sisters of Mercy.

Suzy loved decorating for the Holidays, especially Christmas. Each year, she hand-made fresh Christmas centerpieces for the people she loved. Her gift of floral arranging began when she worked alongside her late Aunt Ruby Kisker, a well-known local florist. She was also a loyal of the St. Louis Cardinals, Mizzou football, and the Tennessee Volunteers.

Suzy will be dearly missed by her family and friends and all who knew and loved her.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Suzy’s name to Siteman Cancer Center.
