Susan Geiger

Susan Carol Geiger (née McKeever), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at the age of 77. 

She was the beloved wife of 52 years to David Geiger; cherished daughter of the late George, Sr. and O’Neta McKeever; devoted mother of Col. Gregory (Linnea) Geiger, Geoffrey (Sarah) Geiger, Jason Geiger, Alexander (Caryn) Geiger, and Katie Geiger; and a loving grandmother to Gavin, Ainsley and Kellen Geiger; Grace, Logan, Hope and Faith Geiger; Isaac Hampson, Gabriel and Sophie Geiger; Lucas and Mason Geiger, and the late Laura Geiger. 

Susan was a dear sister to George “Buddy” F. McKeever, Jr., Sharon McKeever, Judy McKeever, John (Sue) McKeever, and the late Sandra McKeever; niece of Harold (Beth) McKeever; and a treasured aunt, cousin, and friend to many. 

She leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and service. A devoted member of All Saints Catholic Church and most recently Incarnate Word Parish, Susan lived her faith through action. She gave generously of her time as a volunteer with the American Parkinson’s Disease Association, where she was deeply involved in many of their events. 

In her quiet moments, Susan found joy in reading, traveling across the United States, and spending time with her family and friends. She loved a good game of pinochle and other favorite card games, as well as peaceful afternoons working on word puzzles. Above all, she cherished the time she shared with those she loved most. 

Susan was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. 

Memorials in her honor may be made to the American Parkinson’s Disease Association.
