Steve Weber

Steve Weber, 69, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2026, surrounded by his family.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Sharon; his daughters, Louise Kuhlmann (Phil) and Lauren LaLiberté (Matt); and his cherished grandchildren, Giovanni, Vincenzo, Camille, Christian, and Luciano.

Steve was born in Florence, Italy, on September 29, 1956, and was lovingly adopted by Walter and Lucille Weber when he was three years old. He built a life centered around the things that mattered most to him: family, simple pleasures, and caring for the people he loved.

Steve lived with a selflessness that defined who he was. He was always willing to help family, friends, and anyone who needed a helping hand, giving his time and support without expecting anything in return. His generosity was a way of life and one of the clearest expressions of his love for others.

He worked in data analytics in the insurance industry, but his most important roles were husband, father, and grandfather.

Steve took great pride in his children and grandchildren and treasured every opportunity to be part of their lives. He was hands-on, dependable, and always willing to help.

Steve loved the game of golf. Golf gave him cherished time with friends and family, shared laughter, encouragement, and many great memories. One of Steve’s greatest joys was mentoring Giovanni and Vincenzo and cheering them on as they developed a love for the game. Steve’s walk down the fairway of life was truly one well played.

Steve loved family vacations. Those trips reflected what Steve valued most: time with the people he loved. His family will remember his steady presence and the ways he made every gathering feel complete.

Steve’s love was never loud or flashy. It was experienced best through the help he provided, the time he gave, and the dependable care he showed to those around him. Through his actions, he taught those who knew him that love is shown by being present and caring deeply for others.

Steve’s legacy will live on through his wife, daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren; in the lessons he taught, the traditions he helped create, and the memories they shared.

A memorial service celebrating Steve’s life will be held at Baue Cave Springs on September 26, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Family and friends are invited to gather, remember Steve, and honor the life he shared with those he loved.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites those wishing to honor Steve’s memory to consider a contribution to the Academy of the Sacred Heart.
