Beloved son of Dennis and Carole Hoffmann; loving brother of Amy and Melanie Hoffmann, cherished grandson of Melvin and the late Sarah Hoffmann and Eleanor and the late Albert Heinrich; dear nephew, cousin and special friend to many. Jeremy proudly served in the United States Army's elite 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR). He was a graduate of Holt High School and was active in Track, Soccer, Wrestling and his Christian Youth Group.
