Sondra Kay Nesslage

Sondra Kay Nesslage (nee Middeke), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, August 3, 2025, at the age of 73. Loving wife of 54 years to Daniel Ray Nesslage; beloved daughter of the late Henry and Herma Middeke; devoted mother of Craig (Jeannine) Nesslage, Chad (Jenny) Nesslage, and Corey (Angie) Nesslage; cherished "Grandma”, and “Mimi” of Victoria "Tori" Nesslage, Timothy Nesslage, Macy Nesslage, Sadie Nesslage, Kannon Nesslage, and Owen Nesslage; dear sister of Glenda (the late George) Ketterman; and is also survived by a host to many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Sondra is preceded in death by her siblings Jim Middeke, Mary (Ralph) Fehr and Patsy (Jack) Hirtz.

Sondra was the heart of her family, always putting others first and finding joy in life’s simple moments. She loved cheering on her sons and grandchildren during athletic events, country music, winery trips and cooking for her loved ones. She was endlessly proud of her family. She worked as the Midtown IGA deli manager for 30 years, where her warmth and laughter left a lasting impression. Sondra was dearly loved and will be deeply missed.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Sondra's name to the donor's choice.
